With over 12 years of experience in all things HR, my passion is to ensure that no small business goes without well- designed HR practices to support their teams.
I want to help others with any HR tasks they may not have time for so they can focus on doing what they love and do best instead, all whilst being employment law compliant. After all we all get into a specific part of a business because that is the area of our expertise and where our strengths lie. Why waste your time and energy on doing something you really don't like or don't know much about.
Whether it’s introducing a full HR toolkit to a start- up business, carrying out a policies and practices review in a well- established business, getting some assistance with recruitment or getting some simple HR advice, I am here to lend a helping hand.
